The salary package is little bit lower according to work.

...bit job pressure in the beginning of the day but can be managed with efficiency. Growth is also good and salary is above average. The TL I had worked under was very cooperative and helpful. Ecrm and Bdm were also very cooperative with work sanctioning. Not all days are same as 40% of the days easy jobs will be allocated with less headaches.

Dislikes

If time management is not done then work quality will get hampered. Reworks and redos should be avoided with integrity. Because with fresh job if reworks emerge then there can be good job pressure for that day.
