National secular holidays across India: Republic Day, Independence Day, Mahatma Gandhi’s Birthday. Religious festivals that vary per employee or region include (but not limited to): Holi, Mahavir Jayanti, Good Friday, Buddha Purnima (Buddha’s Birthday), Eid al-Fitr (end of Ramadan), Eid al-Adha (Sacrifice Feast), Muharram (Islamic New Year), Dussehra, Diwali (Festival of Lights), Eid Milad un-Nabi (Birthday of the Prophet Muhammad), Christmas. It is the employee’s responsibility to observe religious festivals that apply to them.
Employees are eligible for up to 5 days of paid bereavement leave equal to 100% of your base salary in the event of the death of your spouse, domestic partner, child, child of your domestic partner, father, father-in-law, mother, mother-in-law, brother, sister, stepfather, stepmother, stepbrother, stepsister, stepson, or stepdaughter.
