The single thing which is good in this company is only the shift time flexibility.

Dislikes

Nothing is good in this company. They can assign any type of work/task to any employee of the company. No matter on which profile the employee is hired for, he can assign any work or task to any person, according to their suitability. If they don't have any task so they start targeting those employees and start firing them. High level of politics.
