Undoubtedly Xylem is providing best work life balance and during these it's highly require due to extreme stressful work.You will get on time salary ..But specifically in Project Management it's pathetic and no established system exist to do work in such a big Organisation.

Being a MNC often we think they have their own standard and existing system to follo .But unfortunately it's not there atall and you have to be work like a non standard organisation.

Work policy: It's depend upon your job profile .If we talk about branch office like pune they are doing permanent work from home since COVID era and in Thane office if you are unwell you will get wfh

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
