Likes

Primarily IT staffing company, good name in staffing, new in Digital Transformation Services, recruiting on company payroll deputing with client company. It is not an IT company, no sales and marketing dept, no vision, no job security in IT dept, if client terminates contract, it would affect employee, mainly depend on one large client.

Dislikes

No transperancy with employee on the length of contract with client, immaturity, no vision mission for IT dept, solely depend on one large client, who passes on some chunks of work to this company. Company is not a IT company.

Company's other activities were good specially their Operations team (Thanks to Director), they know how to make a good environment in office.
