I was work in market research department while my TL was Farred Sayyed I really hate this man cause of him lot of people left xdbs, he is so rude he judge people based on their looks he is good with those who bs uski chatate rahte Hain use bs chatu log hi pasand h. I never seen this type of man in my life I lose myself, my selft respect and doubt myself; he mentally harra* me ,not only me but also with a lot of people before me and after me. he mentally force me to left the company I complain about this to my manager but usne hi manager ke Kan Bhar diye ki uska performance kharab hai and all even mera performance acha bhi rhta tbhi bhi he said I'm not doing well etc this doesn't work. यह एक नंबर का लौंडिया बाज और चुटिया आदमी है जो सुंदर लड़की देखते ही उसके पास फ्लर्ट करना चालू कर देता है कंपनी के पॉलिसी के हिसाब से यह सब उनकी पॉलिसी में नहीं है लेकिन तभी भी कोई भी एक्शन उसके खिलाफ नहीं लिया जाता है HR के पास जाने के बाद कुछ नहीं हुआ I tell everything to hr लेकिन वह भी उसके बहन है तो क्या ही कर सकती वह भी बस इतना ही बोला कि We will look into this and nothing else, I think the higher management should check 5 years of data that how many people left farred team as compare to others team, Salary is not the issue but जो मेंटली हरासमेंट यहां होता है उसकी टीम में एवं देयर सीनियर पीपल चुगली करते हैं बाकी और लोगों की जैसे कि किसी ने lead कम मेरी या वह बहुत ज्यादा ब्रेक ले रहा है ब्रेक के बारे में बात किया जाए तो एवरी फ्राईडे ye log तो मस्जिद jate है मुस्लिम दोस्त आई मीन टीम मेंबर्स भाई लोग तो उनके लिए 2.30 मिनिट्स break wow!! Why this kind of partiality happens here???? I request to Karthik Anand sir and vasna map kindly look into this this people rule exterious name I request to people who want to know exteriors as a fresher guys don't go for if you think you deserve better salary don't set in low salary go for see the department it is easy don't go for CD research department but if you want don't go into for it Farred's team....Read More

One of the worst organisation I had ever worked with.. they don't respect their employees. they only use hire and fire policy. instead of giving proper training they fire the people on name of not completing the targets, they should invest in employees.
