- Current CEO promoted from Chief AI officer lacks necessary leadership qualities for the role. He exhibits classic signs of poor management: insecurity, micromanagement and disorganization, - He demands the same project status updates multiple times a week and yet claims ignorance of project status as he does not listen during the meeting or read the status updates. - He always come late to meeting or do not attend at all but will never inform the team members about the same. He will just keep them waiting and waste everyone's time. - There is no clear business strategy or direction. - Politics dominates the workplace.
