There is no job security, anyday you can be out from the organisation specially the time of increment. Salary structure is very poor, partiality is on next level thing, and work culture is worst. There is no 1v1 meeting with manager. I think it should be done for good work culture

Dislikes

You cannot approach the higher management without going through your manager, there is a lack of organized departments and often there is confusion about task management.
