people are supportive here initially later on it changes, team members were always supportive though also you can learn a lot as a fresher

Management is a little poor and are not ready to listen to you, the Employ relations person is the worst and won't help you much regarding anything, I feel she requires to learn some sympathy and help the employs, she won't pick your calls or reply you quickly and once you are an ex employ then forget about it I thought CEO would bea little more understanding because of his nature as a very calm person but they are also the same...Read More
