There some old sr.employees at higher management who taking all credit of success and if any thing is wrong they always blame mid management and forcing good and committed employee to get exist

Welspun Group offers a lot of growth and learning opportunities, there are areas that can feel challenging. One issue is that at times, senior politics can influence decision-making. This can make it difficult for fresh ideas to gain traction if they don’t align with certain leadership perspectives, impacting the sense of openness and collaboration. Additionally, the appraisal and promotion criteria could be more transparent. Sometimes, it feels like recognition and advancement are influenced by relationships rather than strictly by performance and merit. I believe that creating clearer, more objective criteria for appraisals and promotions would make it easier for everyone to understand what’s needed for career progression and help maintain a fairer, more motivating work environment....Read More
