As per Constitution Industry at Site Facilities like Guest Houses, Office are as per standard Okay. Salary gets on time. Increment as per favouritism.

Dislikes

The working culture is very poor. In the company, specifically in the Water Division, there are no SOPs. They are operating in a trial-and-error phase. Management is unaware of how work is distributed among employees. The management and seniors often creates unnecessary pressure regarding vendor billing. There is no fixed schedule for subcontractors billing, here prepare billing on daily basis. Only a few employees have the ownership & responsibility for their work, while others shift their task to those who are responsible. Most of the store related works are with planning department which is very frustrating. The company seems disinterested in taking new project of water and job security in here is zero.
