The rating of these company is quite dificult but still I tried adding very clear idea for those who is willing to join here, Make sure you ask for complete work from home, as after joining I observed they have provided this assitance to many, I fyou not ask you will simply loose, second, if you are negotiating and they asked you for low salary and will give you the Hybrid work mode then simply ask them will these policy is unconditional or conditional? whether you have to alway give a genuine reason for working from home whenever you will ask them after joining, and get it this writing. Because once you joined for Hybrid mode then those who have work from office, will try to ask for the WFH to avoid that HR and project manager will simply tell you we have changed our policy and bla bla things to stop you and they will ask you to take a leave instead. Choice and daring and risk all yours.. Beware of any phishing tricks of HR and Directors. all the best.....Read More

their phishing techniques, No WFH and Salary offered. In project manager has limited mindset for QA person, He dont want QA to be in automation with Coding skills, He will escape you to no code solution, by these they will try to limit you.
