Likes

It was a very good experience.Good opportunity to develop my HR skills in areas of Business Partnering, Disciplinary Actions, Employee Welfare, Employee Engagement.Achieved some trainings in soft skills such as effective communication , time management, positive thinking etc.

Slow growth in career development. Performance appraisals were not done in a fair manner. Increments and Bonuses were nor fairly given
