Nice work culture we have in the day. Management is also so supporting on each step or decisions you take. Having notice period for 60 days is difficult. Leave policy could be better on sick leave Every month 1.5 and 0.5 as sick leave. If we request for early reliving on emergency may be chance to get early reliving.

Dislikes

Project I am working can have better Management code base has been done with different frameworks and I am not getting proper guidance to achieve goals. Lack of skill set I have or project is having different requirements at each phase of execution. Totally it project management issue on my project.
