Company is OK if you are not interested for growth, This is lowest paid organisation I worked in 15 years of career. Every employee all reporting 60 peoples always ask for salary hike because everyone is on very low package.

Dislikes

This is pure Lala company with dummy HR. They will give you any designation but package will be very low. I seen few Regional sales manager are on very low package 6-7 lakhs. Zero work life balance, manager's are running there own company with there own rules.
