We believe that going global means learning to go local. As businesses of all sizes were continuing to see consumer demand for fast, reliable delivery post-pandemic. We saw an opportunity to serve retailers who could benefit from Vyapaar Vistaar’s scale, delivery infrastructure and operations. Since then, we have been focused on helping our clients reach their customers through local delivery—whether they are a large enterprise looking to find efficiencies, improve coverage and lower costs for delivery or a small business seeking to build out and scale their delivery infrastructure for the first time. 
As per the statistics 60% of the outlets i.e. 51 million outlets are in rural market with the population less than 7,500. But it is not feasible for the companies to reach these retailers directly due to high distribution cost. We provide viable solution by aggregating national & regional FMCG brands as required by the retailers.
We take retailer’s orders through centralized tele-sales solution and respective supply partner fulfils the order by next business day. We also ensure Vyapaar Vistaar supply partners to adhere to their respective territories in villages under 7,500 population to avoid any channel conflict.
