Salary could be delay but work should not be, it's the policy of VLCC.They don't provide smooth existence to any employee from organization.Giving notice period in company is one of the biggest mistake.they don't give f & f settlement. Even i think HR of vlcc or any corporate person don't know how to answer a email when an employee gives resignation & notice period. They expect 24hrs*365 days working from employee.but also expect that employees should not ask for salary on time...Worst organization to work. Specially when someone is going to work on any manager post. They just hire you as a manager on paper. But your working will be totally different beyond the expectation. VLCC can be awarded as a good company for bottom line only. Can't suggest this company to my any enemy even....Read More
