The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session,I learnt everything on the job...muka milega to me phir kaam krna pasand kruga airplaza retail me

Attrition rate very high seniors try to avoiding this because company most of energy n capital invest in hiring or training as my view management do more work on attrition.
