.Such a toxic workculture .Too much politics .Employees who are working there for years think they are the boss .So much insecurity among the employees related to job .There is no discipline .No professionalism .Doesn't care about the mental health .Mannerless people .No HR policies and benefits .Increment is not based on work Seniors are not supportive at all, they have become seniors just because they have been working there for more than a decade.
