In spite of being an institution of education, the management gives the least attention to actually inculcate anything positive into students. Expelled students from all around the city get admitted without question and respect of the teachers is least thought about if not non existent. It is run by a family and looks like nothing but a very poor household.

Work Details

I would say there's no work and only leisure. Lack of real work for teachers and other staff is common and they are put into other mindless activities instead. Say preparing for birthday party of one of the principal's offsprings.
