Vidhisha Paper Mills.. You better say Vidhisah frauds Mills... His company owner Paras Shah (director) his illiterate Man who don't even able to read so results his talking abusive to employees, Vendors... And her person assistant she's handle his business.... Both are talking blunder and very high level abusive who ever joined they even not paying salary to helper . They don't care about factory act.. Labor law I am joined there and shocked why this company not shut yet.. Director is very much dirty minded person it's most horrible side in all over valsad......Read More

If you see 2 positive rating was given here it's by company director relative. Very abusive behavior by director his saying lying during interview and hired employees and after 2 days say staring review them and fired them in week it self when I was joined other 5 employees also joined and his fired all of then in week and still notgiven salary. They don't have money they don't even pay to there vendors. Director are uneducated and behaving very degrade with who join to there company. Remain employees who work there are relatives only. Dislikes

They hired employees by sending them offer letter with big ctc but they don't have money to pay employees and fired them in week work then other employee taking and fired him in net 2-3 weeks. They are plan like they have work on month collected and don't pay employees even after fired. So don't join kind of unethical organization to mess your career.
