VICOMA ENGINEERING

Vicoma was founded in 1962 by Paul Visser, a 24-year-old entrepreneur in heart and soul. In the more than 60 years of our existence, we have seen a lot of changes, both in the technology we apply daily and in the organization. From two houses in Rozenburg, we grew into an international organization with five branches. Vicoma employs a total of about 300 people. The majority of these are technicians, with a diversity in background and function. In order to ensure that all projects run smoothly, there are still dozens of people working at our four locations in project administration, financial affairs, HR, ICT, marketing & communication, and sales. Our employees appreciate the pleasant, family atmosphere and extensive training and career opportunities. At Vicoma we deal with each other informally and we keep the lines short so that we can switch quickly with each other. Together we achieve more and lift each other to a higher level.
