It's local company just trading in India. company policies are changing according to company benifits, we can't ask for our rights. worst work culture I have worked for, no professionalism ever. U can be fired next day without any notice period.

Dislikes

There is no HR policies, HR just for the name, no job security, no other facilities, total business base trading firm just for the name international company. I will never recommend anyone to join this firm and ruin our rest of career.
