No leaves, very less salary, no increment, if u ask for increment or u have completed a couple of years there they will force you to resign by using awful tactics as they don't want to increase salary. No employee retention as the work can be done by freshers also and that too at less salary. U can relax sometimes due to field work...good for getting experience in credit field.

Dislikes

Low salary ..... Worst management....low conveyance amount and long distance field visits (sometimes outside district)....company is always looking for reasons to cut money from your salary and conveyance !
