Vedam is great place to work. But for job security we cannot predict when then will ask you to leave. Good work environment teammates are very supportive. They have huge cafeteria and they always try to keep events after office hours. Every 3-4 time outing and games

Dislikes

Appraisal are below ok. Its not worth to work more and earn less thats what we can see in vedam. People use to work over there after office hours sometimes till midnight and they always get the same amt of salary. Even after spending lots of working hours. Sometimes they made us feel like mechanical is not worthy field comparing to IT or computer software sector's.

Work Details

Earlier days over there was good not much work, after 2 months, there was loads of work to do. Senior and team manager were not good always strick not at all friendly. They use to track my whole day movement

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
