Dislikes

1) unnecessary work pressure 2) no mentorship and you will be asked to just perform 3) salary never on time. 4) your self respect will be shattered on morning evening concall. 5) performance will not be counted but when you are unproductive you will be bombarded day and night in front of all team in zoom call

No policies, salaries are not on time. There is no such policy or criteria to hire people, just work on references. You never know your boss could be a terminated and non performer still he/she will be you reporting head bcs He/she is a reference😂 . Last but not least if you are into sales you have to achieve 1 sale a month for your salary and u need to achieve your targets for incentives elegibility....Read More
