Mr. Abhishek Mehta and Mr. Abhinay Mehta, the founder promoters of Urban Tree, are the third generation entrepreneurs of the renowned 60 year young, SSM Group (S. S. Mehta Group) which is a strategically branched out multi-activity conglomerate diversified into chemical trading and distribution, imports of chemicals, warehousing, real estate and property development.
After a thorough training in the various verticals of the family business, they in 2009, ventured into the residential real estate arena. The two Directors, in their individual capacity have built and executed commercial and residential projects of 6.25 Lakh Sq. Ft. over the last 7 years before starting off Urban Tree in 2010
In Urban Tree, they have completed and delivered, as on 01.01.2017, 4 projects, of 650 residential units aggregating 6.81 Lakhs Sq. Ft.
