This company has its own set pattern, and it works on that, you just need to follow the system and it will show the results, competition between employees are so so high,and company promotes its for its betterment, overall it is a god company to stay in terms of job security, but it is not good for growth.

Dislikes

Company always things about its benefits first, like in fy 19-20, business got hampered only for 7 days due to lockdown in covid, we employees have worked 358 days out of 365 days of year, but still we have not get our yearly incentives and increments. Lets see what happens in this FY 20-21. It has been more than 4 years now for me in UltraTech Cement, I have been always in top performers of my region, but what i feel i am not getting what i deserve in return.
