Worst company to work in. Extremely poor management and toxic managers. The don’t have any basic respect for the employees. Treating employees like trash.

Dislikes

False commitments, inappropriate behaviour, toxic culture, managers behaving like they are the owners.I have never experienced such toxic environment in any organization.

Ubique systems is the worst company I have ever seen in my employment. The manager Subhra Karmakar and BD Rizwan Khan only gives targets one after another and wont let anyone to stay more than 6 months as it is the probation period. Their policy is that during probation no one will get leaves and after probation national holidays and paid leaves will be allowed so none of the managers let anyone to work after their probation period....Read More

No job security is there at ubique systems, no support from managers and BD, HR head Subhra Karmakar does biasing for employees, no work life balance like they mention 9 hrs work but after joining they force to work for 11 hours, continuous target based mental pressure is given by manager and BD, they will say working days from monday to friday but later after joining they force to work on saturday also from office, coworkers use to do gossips everytime and create a worst working environment....Read More
