Company is good, but the high authorities makes polices bad.

It's Good Company for Freshers. But Salary is very low i.e around 9-10k Basic and upto 9k Incentive, Total 18k somthing per month and Incentives are products wise like there are 4 products catagory and you will give 3000 per product i.e. 3000×4 product catagory= 12000.
