1. Salary is always on time and on special occasions or festivals, it is often received earlier. This is the best part. 2. Annual Tour for employees. 3. Celebrations are held for every occasion including birthday, festivals and other events. 4. In most companies, only the sales team receives Incentives upon achieving targets. However, here the company provides incentives to all employees. 5. Promotion and salary hikes are given on time. 6. I have witnessed the company's growth from 4 locations to 14 locations worldwide. It has been 6 years now, and honestly I have never felt the company treats its employees with any partiality....Read More

Worst company to ever work in. Typical Lala company where VP level people are engaged in severe theft and misappropriation of funds and in you get hold of any information they will forcefully make you put your resignation. Company culture is the worst of all the companies. Only the people who have been working here for more than 10 years or so and are yes men are given promotions and salary hikes even if they do nothing at work and only plan team parties....Read More
