The only thing good about this organisation was that all the staff was young and passionate. Nothing else. I hoped with time it would improve as the business was in nascent stage but it did not.

Dislikes

Not a positive expereince. It may be due to lack of proper process on the organisation as it was new in the market trying to establish itself. Extremely hectic target based, very very small basement office poor to no ventilation you will have to go out of the office and climb stairs to access the washroom which was practically on the road, collegues sitting so close together that there was constant disturbance, no hiring stratrgy hire anybody for any position as per the owner's desire, very casual interviews, very loud owners, no proper trainings to newcomers or freshers they just want you to come and start doings sales, low compensation. Owner will berate you for small mistakes. You will have to be on call all the time due to the nature of work so work life balance goes for a toss. Very strict half hour break only you cannot be late to sit on your desk. Just work endlessly without breaks 9:30 to 6:30. Not at all satisfied with anything. There is no job security. Its totally decision of husband wife to keep people in which domain. Like they decide on their self in between to change department of any employee. Pathetic environment.

Dislikes

Everything with them is just worst. Manager sales always keeps on either sleeping or brunching. She knows nothings about team spirit and work.

Work Details

I joined them for Asst. Manager ins ales and within 3 mnths they both husband wife hasve decided to send me in sales department without even discussing with me.
