Fastned partners with Transport for London to expand public EV charging network
- Fastned has partnered with Transport for London (TfL) property company Places for London to deliver up to 25 EV fast charging hubs across the city by 2030.

TfL cyberattack bites into profits with £30 million spent on recovery

RMT claims ‘substantial victory’ after tube pay dispute
- The Rail, Maritime and Transport union (RMT) has claimed a “substantial victory” in a pay dispute at London Underground.
- Lower-paid tube workers will receive pay increases of between 5% and 6.6%, with an average increase of 4.6%.
- Other improvements include extended paternity leave, three years’ protection of earnings for medically displaced staff, and expanded travel benefits.
- The RMT general secretary, Mick Lynch, hailed the agreement as a landmark victory and vowed to continue fighting for further improvements in 2025.

TfL to fine firms whose electric bikes block pavements
- Transport for London (TfL) will fine dockless e-bike companies for bikes blocking roads and spaces outside underground stations.
- TfL's enforcement policy includes fines of £50 for each bike found blocking a walkway.
