In Motown and Miami, groups and individuals can choose Total Health Care for their health insurance. Total Health Care provides health care coverage and related services to members in southeast Michigan (the Detroit area), while its subsidiary Total Health Choice serves southeast Florida. The HMO serves more than 90,000 members through individual and group health plan policies. It also has a contract with the State of Michigan to serve patients with coverage through Medicaid and the state's MI Child program.
