Company policies on papers are very good. Vision of ther company is very clear. They think about their employees. They organised different programmes/training/workshops for their employees to enhance their professional and personal skills.

Dislikes

Things are very good on papers set by H.O. But not implemented by GA level. If you are going good in your work and your are not sycophantic. One of your superiors will play dirty politics with you and prove you wrong in front of their superior and make your wrong image , you will be harassed, you will be transferred repeatedly in internal GA and you will be repeatedly carried your luggage, sometimes here and there, and If you refuse, you will be threatened. They will also go and by implicating you in some scandal, they can even expel you from the company. While the company does not have any such policy. In the end you will be resigned by yourself. If you want to avoid these things, be sycophantic, do as much as the manager tells you, don't listen to your mind. And forget all that you have learned from past experience.
