Likes

working in goverment entity is different experience. The Learning experince is different in there because they are working in manual accounting not fully automated. the colleagues are good and we work happily . Working environment is average.

Dislikes

Compensation is average but growth is Slow .Some times officers do not value the individual unique strength also there is no job training and they did not teach well to freshers.

My work is Training in all section i look after the Accounts Payable Like passing the Bills and also Preparing the Bank reconciliation Statment and preparing the project wise Expenditure Statement Also worked in finalization Accounts and preparing BS

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
