The company is open in lock down period unnecessary, there is no pf or esi or mediclaim facility to employees, very pathetic condition of employees

Compensation is very bad and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. No value of Managers, do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Nothing is good about in this centre..no job security..u even don’t know..when will u terminated..work culture is zero..its better to stay home..rather to join this pathetic centre..no respect no value of your education..no skill development infact ur own skill get vanished..appraisal zero..vo kya hota hai…your salary is cutted without any notice..but if u do overtime..no one appreciate u..worst se bhi worst hai please do not join..its better to stay at home..u will treat like receptionist..no matter whats ur qualification..and in which post you joined...Read More
