Their is job security in the company that’s is best portion of the company that’s y there r old ppl in same company from long period and leading to heavy organisational politics. N no scope of betterment in the job have to follow what is been followed from time

Dislikes

Too much of Organisational politics Micro management of the staff Tracking of the staff n no fixed working hours Worst pay grade in the industry False promises in the term of monetary benefits, they say bonus as part of CTV but they ll not pay it saying, Bonus is the part of company decision and not part of CTC.
