It appears that virtually every decision, regardless of how minor or straightforward it may be, must be funneled up to the founder for approval. This occurs even in cases where those decisions could easily be managed by an intern or even a junior team member with minimal oversight. This unnecessary escalation of even the simplest tasks results in significant delays, often extending project timelines by an astonishing 250% or more. Moreover, when things do not unfold according to the founder's expectations, there is a noticeable pattern of shifting blame onto others instead of taking responsibility for the inefficiencies that arise from this excessive oversight. This tendency creates a toxic work environment where accountability is lacking and the morale of the team suffers.
