I have work with Four fountains spa one and half year I was join as Guest relations executive after one year I got promoted as Asst. Spa manager because my performance was good. they are working as team which is good part. but it's sales based job if you done with your target also they will delayed your salary by saying We don't have funds.salary not on time management not understanding at all there's no leaves policy or anything apart from your week offs if you put leaves which they have approved they will deduct your salary for the same....Read More

Salary not on time, If you have responsibilities you can't fullfill it with this job very bad organization and management. They don't have enough funds to release your salary if you done targets and everything still they are saying everytime as we don't have funds.
