It's a good Opportunity for boosting the start of your career. But if you stay on for long in this company your career will stagnate or even regress. The employees are all predominantly Indian and the environment on site is suitable for bachelors but becomes very lonely for families.

Dislikes

The Company follows a need-to-know basis of information sharing causing a communication gap to build between the operations teams and the management. The HR takes away your passport citing security reasons on site and provides it back only when you are required to travel internationally. The living expenses on site are nominal and when compared to colleagues from other companies clearly shows the exploitation being done. When requesting on-site funds for personal expense against salary debit the management expects an email with reasoning. This kind of nosy behavior is a clear indication of the unprofessional attitude encouraged by company management. Salary credit is on a quarterly basis and unnecessarily delayed even though company policy mandates within a week next quarter starting.
