Nothing to like in this organisation as they are running organisation like their own family business and not aware about the professional business/market standards/requirements etc.

Dislikes

Work culture like their home business, job insecurity, highly unprofessional organisation, irrelevant projects, compensation, Layoffs employees in few minutes notice on same day and Blocked their Laptop access etc.

There is nothing to be like as such .

Dislikes

Poor work culture, people are Annoying ..you can’t trust anyone. rather than work interested in gossips, finding issues , spread rumours. Worst part is bond for 2 years. This company don’t have capacities to retain their employees for minimum 2 years as well .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
