Well I joined this company as a fresher in 2023 and it was my very first company as a fresher this company is the best I can say I have learned a lot of stuff from here and along with that here it's not like having useless pressure that yes we need to complete this work today only no matter what even if it not required and neither my seniors behave like they are seniors and I am junior they are having friendly nature and along with that they give us the opportunity to work alone also in a project which is good as I can learn a lot of things from there and there are some additional benefits which can be said as a silent feature like 1. hygiene 2. They give us Tea and coffee or anything like that but with proper hygiene 3. we have celebrations also 4. we get gift coupons also over some challenge 5. we have 5 days work environment 6. we can get work from the office and work from home both 7. we have 6 hour shift which is normal in all offices but if we need urgent leave then we don't need to go from a long process 8. we can learn a lot more stuff if we can openly discuss our ideas and I don't think so any cons here because its a basic thing of having 9-6 job they are paying us and they also provide work from home when needed but mostly its work from office which is good thing...Read More

I have been working in tech formation for almost 1 year, I joined this company as a fresher and it gave me the platform to increase my skills as I have learned a lot of new things here. Which is helping me to create different projects I joined as a web developer but right now I can also create mobile applications for IOS and Andriod.
