No Job security, careless HR on giving reasons. They have their own hype about their directors and other superiors. Tatwa will tell their agents to manage to basic requirements like washroom or pantry. Pathetic working condition. No proper working AC, No toilet paper in washroom. Lack of basic hygiene. Unwanted strict timings. Many of the colleagues were working on Managerial designations but zero Hike in salary but loads of work.
