Likes

Very poor management specially in Procurement department. All the day and night you're being chased by seniors. Head of dep. Is not supportive at all & all the time he keeps on hiring and firing people. If you want to ruin your carrier. All the people i know had left the department because of this problem. Need serious improvement. HR usually ignores this issue. In a year nearly 10 to 12 employees leave. You can say entire staff gets replaced on yearly basis....Read More
