POV - You are new to the company, there only 2 superiors that to even husband and wife. At first they’ll be good to you as you might have or they would have seen something in you that can help them making money. Office hours are good from 9 - 6 five days a week

Dislikes

Like office hours you have to work long hours shift that too on Saturday and Sunday and the cfo of the company has the audacity to claim your Saturday or Sunday by saying that it is company hours which they pay you for within the salary and you are the one who has to work on that they too. They expect you to carry their given sim and laptop 24/7 with you. From the same office running 3-4 companies and expect you to work for them for all those companies from the same salary. The owners are very bad people behind their faces. Just want to make money by demoralising, treating as slavesAnd for final if you work there for I dont know after reading the above do not get involved with the ceo of the company, he is the biggest self centred, person (also other qualities of hitler without the killings as ambitionbox doesn’t let me write here)I ve seen in my life. The trauma that he gives you for working under him. He is like he Roman Empire who have bought you with his money. But I can assure you those who are working in that office are solely because in need of money to survive for living. It's content development organization but management fails to explain it and call you on behalf of Radiant but use the talento platform for mail. Both Radiant and Talento are worst organisations. These are the organisation of hire and fire. Every employee in these organisations are max 2 or 3 months older. If you are in content domain then don't join this company, Your work will be reviewed by the manager with zero skill and result will be abusive language and termination. Extreme level of poltics is there. No rules and regulations. No salary, no documentation. Company needs all (Your documents and work on time with quality) but when it's company'turn, it starts making excuses. it will never pay you on time and will say 'we are not here to feed anyone'. There is no set rule for notice period and FnF. So forget about the your Full and final settlement after company asset handover....Read More
