Inconsistent Strategies: Frequent changes in strategies result in unnecessary rework for employees, causing frustration and decreased productivity. 4. Delayed Salary Payments: Despite commitments, the company consistently fails to pay salaries on time, causing financial strain for employees, sometimes lasting for two months. 5. Invasive HR Practices: The HR department exhibits intrusive behavior by prying into employees' personal lives, monitoring their activities through screenshots, and passing judgment, creating a culture of mistrust and discomfort. 6. False Commitments in Hiring: Employees are often hired based on false promises, leading to disappointment and disillusionment. 7. Disregard for Company Rules: The company consistently flouts its own rules, resulting in constant hardships for employees who bear the consequences. 8. The atmosphere in the company was open and cool. The director is extremely knowledgeable in tech industry and he is a pure entrepreneur. Management team is excellent there.
