It's a good place to start if you are fresh and new with the job, one will have immense learning here and get to know the do's and don'ts. You will learn how to deal and handle large teams, You will learn to deal with large number of channel partners.

Dislikes

Only thing I don't like about this company is, it's not a company on roll job, you will be working for a distributor on behalf of a company like Xiaomi. So to grow from here to Xiaomi is difficult, Otherwise good work life balance, company takes care of you. Good work culture.
