They have a weird kind of work culture, they treat their employees like school going kids wehre you have to work and operate as per employer's instruction. No personal calls, no one can talk to each other personally, only office work discussion..no whatsapp or social media during working hours. your voice should be low in office, you cannot go out of office even for a 2 min without permission, they keep monitoring you, camera is always on your head etc..etc..so basically no space.
