Dislikes

Growth is slow , No training , No Job Security , always receive bad behave from seniors , salary on time but TA/DA always one month late. No support from senior , maximum Employee having Ego problem.

Work Details

I am taking care of service of two states. in which 11 service centers reporting to me ,total service Engineer is 37 who are reporting to me. All over more than 30 distributors & more than 80 dealers .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
